Pattern cam end plugs for the Z1 series engines. This is the same as OEM part No 92066-017 and is supplied in a pack of 4.

If not installed correctly they can leak.The round section that fits in the 'D' shaped cutout in the cylinder heads should be thoroughly degreased using brake cleaner or similar volitile degreaser as should the cutout. This mating surface should be smeared with . The top surface should be coated with whatever gasket jointing compound you use; we use Wellseal which is excellent.

This is a top quality starter clutch repair kit from Japanese OEM manufacturer TourMax. Depending on the bike they can be easy to fit. Fitting them to a Z1 series bike is a piece of cake providing you have a to remove the alternator rotor. On a Z650 not so easy. The kit comes with 3off springs 92081-110, 3off plugs 92043-087 & 3off hardened rollers 92122-001.

An endless cam chain is the best solution for strength and longevity. You do however have to split the crankcases to install it around the crankshaft.
