Whilst this is sold by the menufacturer to lock Vee belt pulleys, we have been using this tool for years to hold all sorts of rotors and pulleys, because it seem to grip many things that no other tool will and being rubber don't cause damage.
At such a diminutive cost it is a very handy tool for a motorcycle workshop.
