This tyre fitting paste, sometimes refered to as tyre soap, more from it's consistancy than its effect, can be brushed onto the tyre and the rim to make the removing and fitting tyres much easier. Dry tyres are really hard work to push on and off the rim, but this inexpensive lubricant makes all the difference. Also, once the tyre is on the rim it makes it easier to get the bead to pop out, when you first inflate it.
