Swann-Morton have been making the finest quality scalpels and handles in Sheffield, England for over 80 years. Whilst they are obviously most commonly thought of as a medical tool, we have been using them in our workshop for years and can't imagine life without them. The list of uses is literally endless. Common uses are for trimming masking when painting bike parts as well as scraping clean machined surfaces. Whilst they make a huge range of blades and handles, the old No3 handle with 10A blades is undoubtably the most useful. Having worked in graphics and print where these tools are commonplace, we brought them into the bike workshop, where they have been invaluable.
